Tails Doll Fella Contest Entry

You may have seen that DA is having yet another contest, and this time, it's Halloween themed. There are 3 ways to enter, and I chose to edit the template to make him have a costume.

Tails Doll... naturally. ^^

Perfect costume really. Tails Doll is cute, and easily recognized by Sonic fans, and on the other end of the spectrum, he's our natural choice for Sonic based horror and frights. Why? Because he's a freaking floating doll that can move for himself, that's why!

Anyway, I saw that there were some Sonic based entries, and I didn't want to copy the same old same old, so it occurred to me that Fella's ears and feet reminded me of the Tails Doll. A little GIMP edit magic, some color picking. scaling and use of the pen tool and a pinch of airbrushing and BAM! You got yourself an edit that mixes in well with the original template. ^^

I tried no particular expression, figuring that it's best to leave up to the imaginations of the viewers. You can look at him one way, and suddenly seems another if you're lucky.

I should just way right now that my family doesn't really celebrate Halloween since it's not a real holiday, and it's so far turned for the worse each time we've tried anyway. But I still enjoy the increase in suspense and creepy things on sites like these, and it's always fun to join in. ^^
