Welcome to Soleanna...

Well, I've come to the conclusion that Soleanna must be like, Silent Hill or something...

If you play the game on Xbox 360, and put on your own music, then hit Pause on the music (not Stop...), then, like with most games for that system, you can hear the ambient sounds, which can be cool with most games, or in Next Gen, you can use that to hear the Silver Medals make the chime sound easier when you're near it...

But doing that, I noticed something very creepy about Soleanna...

There is no ambient sounds as far as the citizens go. You can hear your characters' shoes hit the pavement, the water flowing, and other player ambient sounds...

But not a single citizen laughs, speaks, cries, sings, or what ever that sounds normal in a whole area of people living around where ever unless you interact with them. There is a dog that sits on the edge of the pavement, looking out towards the castle, and moves as if panting, BUT THERE IS NO HUFFS OR EVEN A LICK SOUND WHEN HE PULLS HIS TONGUE IN. The dog doesn't even acknowledge you're there unless you push it over, and even then, it gets up and stares out into the water again. The only dog, and it doesn't even act like a dog...

Moreover, people are stuck in the same movement...

I know this game was never completed, so that's just bad programming, but it's interesting that this kingdom that seems to be cut off from everything seems so odd, and that they hide a conspiracy of sorts, with a single girl being the pinnacle point of all this (Elise, of course).

As for this being a Sonic game... it might as well have been a sequel to Shadow's solo game, because his story had the most involvement to the plot, and sadly, if you yanked Sonic out of it, the game still would have played more or less the same...

Anyway... this is basically the result of me messing with things again...

Looks like Shadow's in this whole Silent Hill-Soleanna, and Mephiles appears to have been there a very long time as well...

I kinda wanted Mephiles to seem as the character that seems to be leading you around to show the truth about what's going on... and yes, for all you who know Silent Hill, that is a Robbie the Rabbit doll in his arms.

I really hate that pipe, though... it seems like it doesn't work out too well... DX

Well, anyway... I know my sister will like this... she's as big a Silent Hill fan as I am a Sonic fan. XD
