Fun fact you probably already know by now: I quite enjoy the NetRaptor Sonic-Verse
Another fun fact: NetRaptor added a new story within the past day
Yet another fun fact: I’ll probably doodle more of it when I get the chance
Anyway, this selection is mostly Aleda themed (Aleda is Mecha’s Chao), but a couple Mecha doodles too (Mecha being essentially Metal Sonic, but doesn’t want to be called that anymore because he’s trying to be organic now. Read the series, it’s quite good).
So a brief explanation:
Top left: Aleda (in a sweater) telling off Knuckles for being rude to Mecha
Top middle: Mecha resting because his spine was screwed up twenty ways past Sunday a while back (about 6 months in-universe). Aleda’s sleeping with him.
Top right: Aleda blabbing to Tails that Mecha thinks he talks too much. Sonic and Tails are supposed to be watching her while she’s playing outside.
Bottom left: Mecha’s back still isn’t doing well, and Sonic’s checking on him. (note: this is the first time I’ve actually drawn Mecha entirely)
Bottom right: Aleda reuniting with Nox (Shadow’s Chao), who is her best friend, as well as her crush and is who she grew up with.

Thank you for uploading this, the doodles are adorable and heart-warming! If you hadn't uploaded this, I would probably still be unaware of the beautiful story that was uploaded, so thank you 
I too find myself wanting to draw the scene with Mecha & Shadow walking Simoon back to is family, it was such a touching scene. I always thought Mecha (and Shadow) had soft spots for kids.
